Once your appointment has been confirmed, this time slot is reserved for you. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or a no show for an appointment is subject to a charge of 50% your standard fee.
Therapy sessions are usually 45 minutes in length.

LWTA is located in a small two story building set back from the road. There are two 111 buildings on Forrest Avenue; LWTA is the one in the rear. Walk behind the 111 Forrest building on the street to the parking lot in the rear. There you will see a white building with our sign “Live Well Therapy Associates.”
Parking is available on the street.
